Internal Reporting Channel

COMPAGNIA TECNICA MOTORI Llc is constantly committed to ensuring the highest ethical standards and improving the existing corporate culture in terms of legality, fairness, integrity, responsibility and transparency, creating an environment in which employees and all other stakeholders are free to express their concerns without fear of retaliation.

COMPAGNIA TECNICA MOTORI Llc has therefore introduced, in compliance with the regulations in force, a quick, simple and confidential internal reporting channel.

All reported cases will be treated, examined and investigated, with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with the regulations in force. Where necessary, corrective, legal and disciplinary actions will be taken to manage the reported situations and to prevent future violations.

The internal reporting channel allows reports to be made via a portal and an e-mail system structured to guarantee the highest standards of protection of the report, of the reporter and of the subjects involved in the report, in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree. n. 24/2023 on the protection of persons reporting violations of EU legislation and national provisions. COMPAGNIA TECNICA MOTORI Llc has identified the person qualified to receive the reports in an Internal Whistleblowing Committee (“Committee”).

The processing of personal data relating to the receipt and management of reports is carried out by COMPAGNIA TECNICA MOTORI Llc and by the Committee in compliance with European and national principles regarding the protection of personal data. The privacy policy is available HERE.

The report must be as detailed as possible to contain all useful information to proceed with the related checks and controls. In this regard, therefore, and in compliance with the laws in force, it is also required to indicate your personal data and a contact address, at least an e-mail address.

Anonymous reports will be taken into consideration provided that they are adequately motivated, detailed and based on concrete, precise and coherent elements, in order to allow the assessment and investigation of the case (for example, dates, times, places, people involved in the facts described, etc.). In this case, an e-mail contact is still required.

You can access the reporting form HERE.
